You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ijaya platform. Age verification is conducted at registration and at withdrawal. Underage accounts will be closed and any funds returned to the verified payment method.
Each individual may hold only one active ijaya account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you have lost access to an account, contact support — do not register again.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits. All withdrawal requests require identity verification. ijaya reserves the right to request documentation to confirm identity and source of funds for compliance purposes.
All bonuses and promotions at ijaya are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Attempting to abuse promotional offers, including through multi-accounting or coordinated play, will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
Fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting tools, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited. ijaya cooperates with relevant authorities and international gaming regulators in investigating suspected violations.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and ijaya ("ijaya", "we", "us", "the Platform"). 2.1 By registering an Account on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by all of them.
2.2 These Terms are effective from the date you create your Account and remain in force for the duration of your membership, including after Account closure for matters arising during active membership.
2.3 ijaya reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ijaya Platform. By creating an Account, you warrant that you are aged 21 or above. ijaya reserves the right to conduct age verification at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any deposits returned to the verified payment source.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted. ijaya does not represent that the Platform is legal or available in all locations.
3.3 Personal Capacity. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. You must not hold an Account for another person. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any regulatory ban from gambling.
21+ Strictly Enforced. ijaya applies age verification at registration, at first withdrawal, and on a periodic basis. Any attempt to circumvent age verification will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
4.1 You may only hold one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your real full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms.
4.3 You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. ijaya is not liable for issues arising from outdated Account information, including failed withdrawal processing due to incorrect bank or e-wallet details.
4.4 ijaya reserves the right to verify the identity of any Member at any time, including by requesting government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ijaya's support team immediately to suspend your Account.
5.3 ijaya will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ijaya requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.
5.4 ijaya employs SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. However, you are responsible for the security of the devices you use to access the Platform.
6.1 Deposits to your ijaya Account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. Deposits are credited to your Account wallet in real time for e-wallet methods (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay). Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within minutes during standard banking hours.
6.3 ijaya does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your payment provider.
6.4 ijaya reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds if there is reason to believe the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a chargeback dispute.
7.1 Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control applied by ijaya.
7.2 A minimum wagering requirement applies to Funds deposited in connection with any active promotion. Real money Funds not subject to an active bonus condition are withdrawable at any time.
7.3 ijaya reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be held pending verification completion. Members are advised to complete identity verification proactively by submitting documents via account settings.
7.4 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within minutes; bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day. These are indicative timescales and may vary depending on volume and verification status.
7.5 ijaya reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts as a responsible gaming measure, or where compliance review is ongoing.
8.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available to ijaya Members are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts.
8.2 Bonuses are credited as Bonus Credits and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified promotional period.
8.3 ijaya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion. Where a Member has already deposited in reliance on a specific promotion, ijaya will honour the terms in effect at the time of deposit.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including exploitation of promotions through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of software errors to generate artificial turnover — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus credits and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
9.1 All games on the ijaya Platform are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail in respect of that game.
9.2 ijaya's slot games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
9.3 Live casino tables at ijaya Casino are operated by licensed third-party live dealer providers. Results are determined by real physical outcomes — cards, dice, and roulette wheels — and are not influenced by the Platform or by player account status.
9.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, connection failures, or software faults — ijaya's logged transaction records shall be the definitive record of the game outcome. ijaya is not liable for losses arising from connection failures on the Member's end.
9.5 Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided. Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided at ijaya's discretion where data integrity is in question.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ijaya Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
11.1 All content on the ijaya Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design — is the intellectual property of ijaya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
11.3 The ijaya name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of ijaya trademarks is prohibited.
12.1 The ijaya Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ijaya makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ijaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.3 ijaya's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their Account and use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the liability arises.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ijaya's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
13.1 ijaya is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all Members. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and should not be pursued as a source of income or to recover financial losses.
13.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members within their Account settings:
13.3 Once a self-exclusion is in place, ijaya will not accept any new registration from the same individual for the duration of the exclusion. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account constitute a breach of these Terms.

14.1 ijaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; or regulatory requirement.
14.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach, any Bonus Credits and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money Funds will be returned to the verified payment source after deduction of any amounts owed to ijaya.
14.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting ijaya's support team. Real money Funds in your Account wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and verification completion.
15.1 ijaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email and/or a notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as formatting or clarification of existing terms) may be made without prior notice.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your Account as set out in Section 14.3.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ijaya's operating jurisdiction as determined by its international gaming authority licence.
16.2 Any disputes between ijaya and a Member that cannot be resolved through ijaya's internal complaints process may be referred to the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider recognised by ijaya's gaming authority licence.
